Refund policy

At Petraux, we want you to love your piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable: sale items, items damaged through normal wear, custom orders.

To start a return, email us at leanbiologyco@gmail.com with your order number. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
