Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $35
- Orders under $35: Flat rate calculated at checkout
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to love your Petraux piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged through normal wear
- Custom or personalised orders
How to start a return
Email us at leanbiologyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
